Taking a spontaneous trip, we found ourselves on an exciting adventure to see Whale Sharks in Oslob and experience Kawasan Falls Canyoneering.
Originally planning to leave early, we decided to stay the night in Oslob instead. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise, took some amazing photos, and then joined a queue to see the Whale Sharks. Thankfully, the line wasn't too long, and we paid 500 pesos each to snorkel with the Whale Sharks.
After that, we wanted to visit Kawasan Falls, but it started raining. So, we had a delicious breakfast at a nearby restaurant to get ready for canyoneering.
We got to Kawasan Falls at around 2 pm and spent about 5 hours exploring the canyons. It cost 1500 pesos each to enter, and we paid an extra 600 pesos each for a zip line to the start.
Jumping down waterfalls and swimming in the pools at Kawasan Falls was an amazing experience. It felt like being in tune with nature's rhythm, a mix of excitement and calmness that's hard to put into words.
